Growing locally is one of the solutions to eat better food in urban areas and to build a more virtuous food system. Slowly but surely, you’ve joined us in sharing this belief. We figured it was about time we finally talked more thoroughly about it.

Agricool stems from a vision: to produce healthy & responsible food for everyone. The ambition is noble, but the road to get there definitely is rocky! How can we do better? How can we reduce our impact on the long run? We wanted to share with you our thoughts, our breakthroughs, our hardships. So that you can (maybe) learn from them and join us in this movement.

Since the beginning of the Agricool adventure, we have been working to build a new food system, healthier for all of us and for our planet. We felt it was important to embody this vision at all levels.

A new website. More practical, more responsible.

This recipe is very easy to make yourself and the addition of fresh basil makes it really (really) special! 

In addition to being full of antioxidants, the red fruits in this salad combine wonderfully with the acidity of balsamic vinegar and the sweetness of feta cheese. 

The virtues of parsley combine with apple and lemon for a delicious detox green juice. Yes yes, it is possible.

Who said salads are only for summer? We imagined this recipe around the autumn fig, and it's so delicious that we wish the season would last forever!
